If technically possible and reasonable, the use and payment of all offered services is permitted without specification of such data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias.

The use by third parties of the contact data published in connection with the publication information or similar data such as mailing addresses, telephone and fax numbers, as well as e-mail addresses to deliver not expressly required information is not permitted. InterArt of Cashmere World AG expressly reserves the right to bring legal action against senders of so-called spam emails in case of a violation of this prohibition. InterArt of Cashmere World AG and all persons named in this website hereby object to any and every commercial use and disclosure of their data.

We note expressly that transmission of data over the Internet (e.g. by e-mail communication) is subject to security leaks and cannot be fully protected from access by third parties.

Every time a user accesses the Web site of InterArt of Cashmere World AG and every time a file is downloaded, data relating to these events is temporarily logged.

In particular, which each access or download, the following data is collected and stored:

  • anonymized IP address
  • date and time
  • pages viewed / name of accessed file
  • quantity of data transmitted
  • notification of whether the file access / data retrieval was successful.

This data is evaluated solely for statistical purposes and for the improvement of our services and is ultimately removed from our system. The data is not used for any other purpose or passed on to any third party.

Accessing individual pages triggers so-called temporary cookies to facilitate navigation. These session cookies do not contain personal data and expire after your session has ended. Software such as Java applets or ActiveX controls, which allow tracking of users’ access behavior, are not used.
